- Sanitisation of the cleaned ducts and vents is included in both indoor packages.
- Mould treatment is limited to AC ducts and must be specifically included in the agreed quotation. General property mould treatment is excluded.

These terms are often used when referring to AC ductwork cleaning. Our service covers the components listed in your selected package and written quotation. Technical repairs and wider HVAC maintenance are outside our cleaning scope.

Do you do AC repairs, new access panels or ceiling work?
No. Our team does not carry out AC repairs, installation of new access panels, ceiling work, gas refilling, replacement parts or electrical work. These must be arranged separately, if required. If access restrictions affect the agreed cleaning, we explain the limitation before proceeding.
Are sanitisation, mould treatment and coil cleaning included?
Sanitisation of the cleaned ducts and vents is included in both indoor packages. Coil cleaning is included under Complete AC Care, where safely accessible and included in the agreed quotation. How often should AC ducts be cleaned?
CleanNow recommends AC duct cleaning every six months. We can guide you based on your AC usage, cleaning history and the condition of accessible components.
How do payments work?
50% is payable to confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due on completion. Payment instructions and an online payment link are shared directly with you.
How long does a visit take?
